Notice of CHAT Hub Closure

  • NOTICE OF CHAT HUB CLOSURE

The COVID19 situation is dynamic. At CHAT, we recognize our service as essential. At the same time, we are acutely aware of our duty of care to each other, the young people we serve and the national public health situation we find ourselves in.

As such, following the government’s latest advice issued to extend the circuit breaker until 1 June, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend all CHAT face-to-face services until further notice.

To maintain our commitment to young people as an essential service, all CHAT service staff will telecommute and continue to offer youth mental health assessment and support via phone and webCHAT.

If you wish to seek help from CHAT for your mental health concerns, you can still submit an online request form via our CHAT website.

You can also reach out to us via webCHAT, email (chat@mentalhealth.sg) or phone at Tel: 64936500/01 between Tuesdays to Saturdays, 12noon to 9pm (excluding public holidays).

Your safety is important to us. Should you experience a mental health related crisis and require immediate help, you can call:
