  • CHAT works with various agencies to promote our three “As”:  

    Awareness of mental illness
    Access to mental health resources
    Assess: A free and confidential mental health check for those between 16 and 30 years old.

     About Us Partner

    Mr Eugene Tay, Senior Counsellor of CHAT, receiving a plaque from Dr. Mohamad Maliki Osman, Mayor, Southeast CDC, which identifies CHAT as a CLN partner. 
     

    We joined the network for South East Community Development Council (CDC), which includes other community partners and social service agencies. Young people who wish to come for our mental health check may go to the CDC or other agencies in this network for help.   

    • Health Promotion Board
    CHAT works with the Health Promotion Board to provide a Peer Support Training programme for young people. Other partners include Samaritans of Singapore and Silver Ribbon Singapore.  

    • Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs)
    CHAT works with various IHLs, including Institutes of Technical Education, polytechnics, and universities to promote youth mental health. 
     

    • Singapore Association for Mental Health
    We work together on outreach activities and we provide referrals to their counseling service.
